Over time I have been able to ascertain that enterprises, even if of considerable size and even if equipped with sufficient economic and/or logistic instruments, are unlikely to have a legal department within them that is able to promptly supply the different legal and consulting services, that today are indispensable to tackle and resolve the management issues that the same companies must face every day.

Indeed, I am more and more convinced that it is indispensable to be able to collaborate with a company before problems arise performing that preventive activity, of consulting and not, now known as problem solving, also and not only in order to avoid as far as possible having to refer to the judiciary authorities for the task of solving problems that may arise during a company’s activities. Indeed, this solution allows not only the cutting of essentially economic costs but also the time necessary to reach the most positive solution for the entrepreneur.

2. a check of the pending suit of bankruptcy and/or examination procedures, executive movable and real estate procedures with regard to third parties with which the company might want to establish relations of any type whatsoever; this also and not only thanks to a wide network of contacts with lawyers’ offices built over up time throughout Italy.
3. following companies in the start up phase, that is to follow them during the direct negotiations aimed at the stipulation of the contracts indispensable for the reaching of the company’s objectives.
4. trait d’union between the company and third parties, carrying out the tasks of a real and true internal legal department even though not being one; that is being able to relate in a qualified way with the other law firms, notaries, accountants, technicians, public offices and third parties in general who might for any reason whatsoever come into contact with the company itself.
5. arrangement of contracts following the company in all the phases from negotiation to performance of the contracts.
6. resolution of all the aspects pertaining to penal law (suing for damages in a criminal court, complaints against directors and/or disloyal partners, misappropriation, bankruptcy…)
