Instead in the case of establishment of a contractual relationship the data will be processed throughout the duration of the relationship established and also later for the completion of all the formalities of law.

Rights of the person concerned:

The person concerned, as envisaged by art. 7 of the Code, has the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation of the existence or not of his/her personal information and their communication in an intelligible form. Furthermore, the person concerned has the right to know the origin of the personal information which regard him/her, the purposes and the means of processing, the logic applied when the processing is carried out with the assistance of electronic instruments, an indication of the identification details of the controller, the person responsible for the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them. The person concerned also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law.
